1.Pages 124-125. Read the text, do activity 1 and write your answers on your google drive document.

3.Pages 129. Do activity 6 and write your answers on your google drive document. You need these words to complete the activity: wheelchair, hearing aid, crutches, glasses and magnifying glass.

1.Traditions. Match festivals,pictures and definitions. Write your  answers on the google drive document I've shared with you.

2. Student's Book: Page 114 ex 11 and page 115 ex 12. Answer these activities on your google drive document.

3.Choose a traditional festival you know, either from your country or from any other place, and write a short description about it. Include: date of celebration, country, some pictures and main characteristics. Write it on your google drive document.(80 words)

2. Feu les activitats de la pàgina web EnglishExercises per practicar el Past Simple. Llegiu les explicacions gramaticals abans de fer les activitats. 

 

  3.Llegiu aquest text sobre el coronavirus i contesteu les preguntes 1 i 2 al vostre bloc en una nova entrada.

• Look at the model and write about someone you admire. Use the Past Simple. Include a picture.

• She was born in Quebec, Canada, on March 30, 1968.
• She grew up in rural Canada.

• Her parents were musicians.
• Celine Dione began singing when she was 5 years old.
• Celine wrote her first song when she was 12 years old.

• She became famous in the 80’s.
• She recorded 11 albums in English and many others in French.
• Her latest album is called “Taking Chances” (2007) .
• This song is called Because You Loved Me, and it’s in the 1996 album “Falling into You”.
